This policy outlines the process for delivering IT Services purchased through https://getifit.pro. Since our offerings are primarily digital/technical, this replaces traditional “shipping” policies and focuses on service activation, access, and support.
Delivery Methods
- Remote Services (e.g., cloud migration, software development): Delivered via secure online channels (e.g., email, project management tools, remote access). You will receive login credentials, project files, or access instructions via email once the service is ready.
- On-Site Services (e.g., infrastructure setup, network installation): Scheduled at a mutually agreed date/time. Our team will contact you to confirm details 3 business days in advance.
- Physical Hardware (if applicable): Shipped via USPS/UPS to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times range from 3–7 business days within the USA. Tracking information will be emailed once the package is dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
- Timeline estimates are provided in your service agreement. We strive to meet all deadlines, but minor delays (1–3 business days) may occur due to technical complexities. We will notify you promptly of any delays and adjust timelines as needed.
- For subscription services, access is activated immediately upon successful payment.
Acceptance & Confirmation
- Upon service delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with a request to verify completion. You have 5 business days to report any issues or discrepancies. Failure to provide feedback within this period will be considered acceptance of the Service.
- For on-site services, a sign-off form will be completed at the end of the visit to confirm satisfaction.
Post-Delivery Support
- One-Time Services include 10 business days of complimentary post-delivery support (e.g., bug fixes, minor adjustments). Additional support can be purchased as an add-on.
Address Changes
- If you need to update your delivery/on-site address, contact us at it@getifit.pro at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/visit. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to outdated address information.
All policies are optimized for web use with clear headings, concise sections, and no large blank spaces. They include your company’s contact details, domain, and address as required, and align with IT service industry standards for US-based businesses.
