Refund & Return Policy

Overview

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all IT services and related physical hardware (if applicable) purchased through https://getifit.pro. We aim to provide transparent guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

  • One-Time IT Services (e.g., custom development, system integration):Full refunds are available if requested within 15 days of payment and the service has not yet started or is less than 20% completed. Partial refunds (pro-rated based on completed work) are approved within 30 days of payment for partially delivered services, at the discretion of our team. No refunds are issued after 30 days of payment or once the service is fully completed.
  • Subscription Services (e.g., ongoing IT management, cloud support):Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via email (it@getifit.pro). No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle, but access will continue until the end of the cycle.
  • Physical Hardware (if applicable):Defective or incorrect hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. The hardware must be in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return Process

  1. Submit a refund/return request to it@getifit.pro with your order ID, service details, and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and provide a confirmation email with next steps.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items/Services

  • Fully completed one-time services.
  • Subscription fees for the current billing cycle.
  • Customized software or configurations that are tailored to your unique business needs.
  • Hardware that is damaged, modified, or missing components due to customer use.
